Hi all,

First of all the package was very good and i must say the delivery guy is just amazing. I was not at home at the delivery time. But the delivery guy just made a cal and came all over to deliver at the place i said. All together the product is amazing with the adapter.

The draw back what i found was the transfer time is bit slow as u said this is the class 10 card. So that the only negative i have to say other than that everything is going. I would suggest to all the others to buy this one. Well done AMAZON. Super LIkes...

Don't get fooled by it's outer appearance. It is much better than those old memory cards with 10 times more data transfer speed. Best for an android device. I'm also using it in MOTO E. Best value for money. Can't get a deal like this in local shops. I highly recommend it. Data transfer speed is more than 10 mbps where as other memory cards have speed up to 1mbps. Just use it once you'll find the difference. I gave it 5 stars due to amazon service also. I live in a remote area. But amazon delivered it in less than a week. Highly impressed and fully satisfied :)

I worked at Roots Canada, Toronto HQ for 3 years. Needless to say, I know what good quality clothing is like, not sure why some people are complaining, maybe they got a bad piece. While this is not premium stuff, its still a very good quality product at an unbelievably low price. I bet you that the same tee shirt would cost at least $30 in US and Canada which is like 1900 INR. So getting it at 299 INR is like stealing it.Delivery was timely as well and the Amazon guy was quite friendly, even my little puppy liked him.

Product sizing and such: As the good Samaritans below posted down here, order at least one size larger than your size. The material is soft but in our Indian summers you might wanna ditch it. Wear this during the India vs Australia game though. India gonna win, I'm saying that right now, and India will win the world cup as well. But I digress, all I want to say is this: go buy this product, for yourself, for your friends and family, for whoever. It is definitely worth it.

Steal at 299, but print is of questionable quality

Buy it during the match days (when India plays), and get it at 50% off. At that price, this jersey is a really good buy. The prints aren't of really high quality, and even though these are advertised as official products, don't expect Nike or Adidas like quality. It is really a local product, and is decent. Beyond that, do not except it to be of exceptional quality. Esp, the print on the tee shirt leaves a lot to be desired. I guess this tee would last you a couple of months, long enough to cover for the duration of the world cup.

Order one or two sizes higher than normal (I'd suggest two sizes). If you're size 44, you're out of luck. Even XXL wouldn't fit you.

Display : Below average. This has a low 1024 x 600 pixels resolution display which suffers from poor viewing angles.
Storage : 8 GB internal memory,of which you would get around 4GB of usable storage. Micro sdcard slot is there.
Camera : Poor 2MP Fixed Focus Rear camera and NO front camera.

Processor and Ram : This is powered by a Dual-core 1.2 GHz,Marvell PXA986 chipset which is not a power house,and the overall UI lags a bit. Samsung's Touchwiz UI on top of Android 4.2 Jellybean runs the show which is quite heavy comparing to the stock Android. Android 4.4 Kitkat update is not expected.

There is a 3G sim slot,and Voice calling is supported. There is also a Wifi only variant.

Price while reviewing - Rs 11000
Verdict : A Samsung tablet for such a low price may attract many. The main issue with this device is the display,which is a TFT one with a low resolution and bad viewing angles. Was looking for a replacement for my netbook and looking at options of low end laptop mainly for Internet and some basic office modules when i stumbled across this tab. Did much R&D of other models before buying tab 3, as I found tab4 over priced. Paid 11200. Of cos it met all expectations for that cost and am hooked onto it. A few negatives are absence of front camera, no flash and slightly low volume if using outdoors. The best advantage I found is that I could insert the sim card of my 3 Internet dongle directly and access the net. Voice call, voice commands, swype keyboard of Samsung products, excellent display for net, video and ebooks and easily held and used worth one hand. I found whatever i was lookinh for in this. Absolute vfm and really glad of the buy. Packing and delivery were superb and fast. The warranty card isn't stamped, but the original bill was provided, with tax. Strongly recommended.

__* अदरक के रस में या अडूसे के काढ़े में शहद मिलाकर देने से खांसी में आराम मिलता है।

आज की भागदौड़ भरी जीवन शैली में खाने पीने का असंतुलन और पर्याप्त पोषण नहीं मिल पाने की समस्या से हर कोई परेशान है. कुछ जल्दी जल्दी और बहुत ज्यादा खाते हैं. जबकि काफी लोग संतुलित आहार भी नहीं ले पाते हैं.

कुछ लोगों ने पानी और पीने की दूसरी चीजों में कमी कर दी है, जबकि चर्बी वाला खाना खाने का चलन बढ़ गया है. चीनी और नमक तो खाने में कब बढ़ गया, पता ही नहीं चला. कहीं न कहीं हर कोई खाने पीने की समस्याओं का सामना कर रहा है.

जर्मन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन की उपवास को बढ़ावा देने वाली संस्था के सदस्य आंद्रेस बुचिंगर के अनुसार, "ज्यादा खाने से बचना, कॉफी, शराब और तंबाकू से दूरी अस्थायी रूप से खाने पीने की समस्याओं से राहत दिला सकते हैं." वे कहते हैं कि हमारा शरीर खराब पदार्थों को बाहर निकाल कर खुद को फिर से युवा करने में सक्षम है. शरीर के अंगों और लीवर को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए तेलों का इस्तेमाल कारगर साबित हो सकता है.

संतुलित आहार जरूरी
आंतों को साफ और स्वस्थ रखना इसका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है. खान पान विशेषज्ञ और उपवास की खास जानकारी रखने वाले क्रिस्टा क्लिंग के अनुसार, "इस प्रक्रिया में रेचक नमक का तेजी से इस्तेमाल शुरू किया जाता है. हानिकारक तत्वों को शरीर से निकालने के लिए हर दो दिन में एनिमा दिया जाता है."
ध्यान रखें इलाज का
हालांकि एसोसिएशन ऑफ जर्मन इंटरेस्ट ने हाल के दिनों में चेतावनी जारी कर कहा है कि एनिमा का प्रयोग नुकसानदेह हो सकता है. अमेरिका में एक सर्वे के हवाले से कहा गया है कि बाजार में उपलब्ध एनिमा प्रणाली को सुरक्षित नहीं माना जा सकता. उल्टी, दस्त और घबराहट जैसे साइड इफेक्ट हो सकते हैं.
इसके कई सकारात्मक नतीजे भी आए हैं. यह शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली को बढाता है और शूगर जैसी बीमारियों की स्थिति में शरीर को लड़ने के लिए तैयार करता है. क्लिंग के अनुसार उपवास से वजन कम करने में भी सहायता मिलती है. इससे हर दिन 500 ग्राम तक वजन कम किया जा सकता है.
आहार विशेषज्ञ सिल्की रेस्टमेयर के अनुसार, "वे लोग जो वजन कम करना चाहते हैं उन्हें अपनी खान पान की आदतों को ठीक करने के साथ नियमित कसरत भी करना होगी." उपवास का एक लाभ भी होता है कि व्यक्ति एक नियंत्रित और स्वस्थ जीवन शैली के बारे में सीखना और सोचना शुरू कर देता है.
उपवास करें, कुछ खा कर
रेस्टमेयर बगैर कुछ खाए पीए किए जाने वाले उपावास का विरोध करते हैं. वह कहते हैं यदि आप दिन भर में केवल एक बार थोड़ा सा पानी पीते हैं तो शरीर में प्रोटीन का स्तर कम जाता है. खून में यूरिक एसिड बढ़ जाता है. इससे गठिया होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है. इसके बुरे असर के रूप में हृदय और गुर्दे पर भी प्रभाव देखा जा सकता है. रेस्टमेयर के अनुसार स्वस्थ व्यक्ति को भी लगातार पांच दिन से ज्यादा उपवास नहीं करना चाहिए.
वह सलाह देती हैं कि पहली बार उपवास करने वाले लोगों को पहले डॉक्टर से संपर्क कर लेना चाहिये. किसी भी तरह की बीमारी का सामना कर रहे लोगों को उपवास से बचना चाहिए. बुचिंगर के अनुसार उपवास करने वालों का मानना है कि वे संतुलित उपवास कर कई लाभ ले सकती हैं. हाई ब्लड प्रेशर और डायबिटीज में भी इससे लाभ हो सकता है. पर वह सलाह देते हैं कि स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं से ग्रस्त लोगों को बगैर डॉक्टरों की देख रेख के उपवास नहीं करना चाहिए. उपवास के पहले उन्हें डॉक्टरी जांच भी करवा लेना चाहिए.

शरीर की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाने और जलने पर राहत देने वाली हल्दी लोगों को दिल का दौरा पड़ने से भी बचा सकती है खासतौर से उन्हें जिनकी हाल ही में बाईपास सर्जरी की गई हो.



 

थाईलैंड में हुई एक नई रिसर्च बता रही है कि हल्दी में मौजूद कुर्कुमिन (पीले कण) को अगर परंपरागत दवाइयों के साथ मिला दिया जाए तो हार्ट अटैक का खतरा दूर हो सकता है. इस बारे में स्वास्थ्य पत्रिका अमेरिकन जरनल ऑफ कार्डियोलॉजी ने रिपोर्ट छापी है. जियांग माई यूनिवर्सिटी के प्रोफेसर वानवारंग वॉन्गशारोएन के नेतृत्व में यह रिसर्च हुई. उन्होंने बताया कि फिलहाल जो नतीजे आए हैं वो अभी छोटी रिसर्च के हैं. इन नतीजों की व्यापक रिसर्च करने के बाद पुष्टि होगी.

भारत और चीन में इलाज के पारंपरिक तरीकों में तो सदियों से हल्दी का इस्तेमाल होता आया है. रिसर्च के मुताबिक शरीर के भीतर जारी प्रज्वलन कई रोगों के विकास में अहम भूमिका निभाता है यहां तक कि दिल के रोगों में भी. टेक्सास में ह्यूस्टन के एमडी एंडरसन कैंसर सेंटर में कुर्कुमिन का कैंसर के इलाज में इस्तेमाल के बारे में रिसर्च कर रहे भारत अग्रवाल बताते हैं कि कुर्कुमिन प्रज्वलन की राह में रोड़ा बन कर मदद कर सकता है.
डॉक्टरों ने ऐसे 121 मरीजों पर रिसर्च किया जिनकी बिना किसी आपात वजह के 2009 से 2011 के बीच बाईपास सर्जरी की गई. इनमें आधे मरीजों को एक ग्राम के कुर्कुमिन कैप्सूल दिन में चार बार दिए गए. यह सिलसिला सर्जरी के तीन दिन पहले शुरू कर बाद के पांच दिन तक जारी रखा गया. बाकी बचे मरीजों को इसी मात्रा में बिना दवा वाली प्रायोगिक कैप्सूल दी गई. वैज्ञानिकों ने देखा कि बाईपास के बाद अस्पताल में रहने वाले मरीजों में से जिन्हें कुर्कुमिन दिया गया था उनमें 13 फीसदी को दिल का दौरा पड़ा. दूसरी तरह की कैप्सूल लेने वालों में 30 फीसदी मरीज दिल के दौरे का शिकार हुए. सर्जरी के पहले मरीज की स्थिति में फर्क का आकलन करने के बाद वॉन्गशाओरेन और उनके साथियों ने हिसाब लगाया कि कुर्कुमिन लेन वाले मरीजों में दिल का दौरा पड़ने का खतरा 65 फीसदी कम था.
आरकंसास यूनिवर्सिटी में कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट जवाहर मेहता कहते हैं, "कुर्कुमिन ने कई सालों से प्रज्वलन को कम करने और ऑक्सीजन के विषैलेपन को घटाने या मुक्त कणों से होने वाले नुकसान को कम करने गुण दिखाया है. लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि यह दवाइयों को विकल्प है." डॉक्टर मेहता ने ध्यान दिलाया कि एस्पिरीन, स्टैटिन्स और बीटा ब्लॉकर्स जैसी दवाएं दिल के रोगियों के लिए मददगार साबित हुई हैं और मौजूदा रिसर्च में भी मरीजों को ये दवाएं दी गईं. इस रिसर्च की एक सीमा तो यह है कि यह बहुत थोड़े लोगों पर किया गया है. दूसरी शंका यह है कि बहुत ज्यादा मात्रा लेने पर उसके साइड इफेक्ट भी हो सकते हैं.
डॉक्टर मेहता ने कहा, "थोड़ी मात्रा में या फिर खाने में इस्तेमाल करने तक तो यह ठीक है और उपयोगी है. लेकिन मैं रिसर्च में बताए गए तरीके से कभी भी मेडिकल स्टोर जा कर हर रोज चार ग्राम कुर्कुमिन नहीं लूंगा."
